DENIA :

Dénia is a pretty city at the seafront in the province of Alicante, Spain, on the Costa Blanca north halfway between Alicante and Valencia (Provinc Alicante - comarca of Marina Alta Denia).

20 km long sandy beaches, yachting port  and sunny plazas, inviting you to live the Mediterranean life style. For all who like walking and climbing the natural resort called Montgó (the mountain of Denia) offers you a wide range of possibilities. Denia is a fantastic town, but still charming as a little village. 3 Golf courses are close by (5 km, 8 km und 11 km).

Charming  and a superb clima

Denia is offering a fantastic climate, very rare to find in Europe, with more or less 320days of sunshine per year, mild winters (20° January) and confortable warm summers (+/- 29° C). WHO has proved the excellent and healthy geographic location of Denia.

The infrastructure in and around Denia is very good.

There is a wide range of medical service, also English spoken, in the whole area.

Airports: To reach the Costa Blanca area is very easy from most of everywhere in Europe with non-stop flights. From Denia and the villages in the Orba-valley you need 1 hour drive by car to get to Alicante and/or Valencia

Only 7 Km from Denia, in Ondara,  ist he big Shopping Centre (Portal de Marina) with many national and international shops, restaurants, supermarket, cinema, und much more.

ELS POBLETS :

Els Poblets is located at coastal road (Las Marinas) from Denia.

The traditional village centre with, shops and plazas is located in a distance of 1 km to the beach. The residential areas are located in between the village and beach area. Els Poblets is outstanding, because 80% of all properties are detached villas; the area is completely flat, which makes it very easy to reach the beach or the centre of Els Poblets within walking distance or biking. El Vergel is the closed village next to Els Poblets in a distance of only 2 km. Denia is located in a distance of 10 km, a short drive of 10 minutes.

ORBA VALLEY :

Beautiful and famous Valle de Orba known as The Orange Valley with pretty and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Unique in Europe. The valley of Orba starts within a very short distance to Denia. In the valley you find various typical spanish village which are inviting to taste the wide range of restaurants and bodegas. Oranges, Mandarin, almonds, Olive, Pine trees and all kind of vegetable you find in the Orba valley.

The stunning mountain and countryside views towards the sea are always a special event!

Shortly after the almonds blossom, when the valley is dressed with white and pink flowers, the Oranges are starting with their wonderful perfume.

ORBA (Orba Valley) :

Orba ist he main village of the all year green orange valley at north Costa Blanca. The idyllic spanish village has a good infrastructure and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, banks, medical health centre und much more.

Take your time and have a walk, passing by the plaza, church, small and narrow old town streets and relax.

The nearest beaches are in Denia or Oliva in a distance of 20 minute’s drive. Various golf courses are close by.

BENIARBEIG (Orba Valley) :

Spanish lifestyle. Neighbours are sitting and chatting, children are playing, after having aftoon siestas.  

Nearest beach and Denia 15 minutes by car.

BENIDOLEIG (Orba Valley) :

This village is famous for " Cueva de las Calaveras " caves.

Like all the other villages in the Orba valley, it is offering a very good infrastructure and vrious shopping possibilities. Sea and Denia is located in a distance of 10 km, by car you reach the beach in a short drive of 15 minutes.

BENIMELI (Orba Valley) :

Another small village with some shops to get everything you need for daily life. Pretty churrch plaza with mediterranean village houses, which are maintained perfectly with lots of love.  By car only 15 minutes to Denia and the beach.

RAFOL DE ALMUNIA  (Orba Valley) :

The well maintained residential area of Residencial Almunia of Rafol, is located on the hill within a distance of 3 km to the village. The residential area is developed to modern standard with all services underground, as well piped gas. Residencial Almunia is located close to Monte Pego.

Pego town with many shops, restaurants, supermarkets is located in a distance of only 5 km. The wide sandy dune beaches you can reach within a 10 minutes drive, approximately in the same distance you find the big shopping centre of Ondara with a wide range of shops. La Sella and Oliva Nova can be reached by car within 15 minutes.

SAGRA (Orba Valley) :

Sagra offers the opportunity to live in a traditional Spanish village and idyllic residential area. In the village is a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, coffee bar. Only 5 minutes drive to Ondara and 15 minutes to the beach..
